Refund Policy & Guarantee

   Our Products come with a full manufacturer' warranty. If a item proves to be unsatisfactory within 30 days of receipt, you may return it to us for a full refund or credit for other products in our inventory. After 30 days please send to the manufacturer for warranty repair or replacement. All of our flashlights have excellent warranties by the manufacturers and many are Lifetime Warranties!

If your Order comes to you damaged in the shipping process please make an immediate claim with UPS or FedEx and let us know you received a damaged box etc.. 

Returns must be in new condition with original packaging. A reasonable deduction will be made for any damaged or missing parts. Please provide insurance for your packaged return. A copy of your receipt must be sent along with the return to guarantee an exchange or refund.

Please contact us if there are some unusual circumstances. We want to be as fair as possible. If we know in advance what the circumstances are, it will help us to serve you better.
