How much does shipping cost?
Shipping cost is based on weight and distance, zip code to zip code. Most
orders for one or two items under two pounds is usually $9 to $12 dollars
to ship ground FedEx or UPS delivery. You can see your cost for billing & delivery when you
order online with your credit card before you make the final
authorization to buy. If you select 3 Day, 2 Day or Overnight shipping, the cost
for what it would normally be for ground shipping, doubles or triples.
How long does ground shipping take to get to my address?
Typically it takes 2 to 7 business days to get delivered to your
destination. [Excluding Saturday, Sunday and Holidays]. For example
shipping FedEx or UPS ground from our warehouse here in Crofton, MD to
California is 5 to 6 business days, while to Florida is typically 3 days.

guarantee Same Day shipping orders must be received by Noon 12 pm EST Maryland]
What is the handling charge?
This pays for insurance, shipping materials, labor and delivery expenses
associated with getting your package out of the warehouse and in the shippers
possession for delivery. Usually this is a nominal charge except for heavy/large
items or large orders when weight is significant.
Do I pay sales tax?
No, only if your order from the state of Maryland do you pay sales tax.
Can you ship to an APO address?
Yes we can ship to military APO addresses, but we will need to complete your
order over the phone or via email to process your order.

Do you ship internationally?
We will ship International only with
prior payment electronically to our International SunTrust business account
here in the States. If you are sure you want to order, please e-mail me your
shipping address so I can determine the shipping and insurance cost via USPS
or UPS [please indicate express or normal shipping preference]
*Please include a list, with description and model # of the Item you want
and how many, and I will send you a proposed total cost. Be
aware that you will be responsible for any fees or tariffs of the receiving
country.

Do you give discounts on large orders?
We do. For orders over $500 - 10%, orders over
$1,000 - 20%. Please call or
email us first so we can talk about the details
depending on your request.

Do you take checks or money orders?
Yes, by mail order that you can print out and send to us to order. Allow
4 to 6 weeks delivery.

Do you have an actual store we can visit?
We are an online store only for the time being. If business
continues to grow, who knows!
Can you send me a catalog?
We do not offer a mail order catalog at this time, but maybe in the near future.
